Closer to the Sun

Closer to the Sun,
Further from the shadows.
For the Good, if it exists,
Can be found by those who know
That it is out there; if one
Thing is true there is reality.
But what of our nature as humans?
Are we part of this reality
And can we know the Good ourselves?
With a focus on the unchanging
And knowing what we cannot change,
We may move closer to the Sun.
